Cutlass Cabernet 2011Cutlass

This is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, all from multiple blocks of Sheridan Vineyard. Ripe and rich with the classic Sheridan notes of citrus rind and lavender that make this such a special place. This is by far our fastest selling wine. The last time we released a 'Cutlass' (last fall at this time) it was all gone in 4 days, so this wine will not be available to our wholesaler.

2007 Two Blondes Vineyard
Yakima Valley Cabernet Franc
This extremely rare 100% Cabernet Franc from the Two Blondes Vineyard in Zillah was produced by Andrew Will. Single varietal Cabernet Franc from the Zillah area which includes this vineyard as well as the fabled Sheridan Vineyard (ded. reckoning No.1) is rarely seen due to the unique fruit profile that it adds to Bordeaux styled blends coming from these vineyards, and due to the tiny acreage and crop yields.
